Whole Pig - Deposit
A whole pig worth of cuts. You decide how you want the butcher to process your pig, and which cuts you want smoked. The per pound price of $6 is for a whole pig on a hanging weight basis. All our pigs are pastured but receieve supplemental feed such as whey, apples, and grain, depending on the season. Pigs supplemented with organic grain are available for a dollar per pound extra.
